By achieving this certification, the university aims to enhance its educational practices and further improve its overall organizational performance.
One significant aspect of this certification is its alignment with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Memorandum Order 6, s. 2023, focusing on Institutional Quality and Excellence. By complying with this regulatory requirement, the university will ensure its adherence to national standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of the higher education sector in the Philippines.
The training and workshop provided valuable insights into the ISO 21001:2018 standards, empowering the participants to carry out internal audits effectively. Through the engagement of representatives from different departments, the university aims to create a cohesive and streamlined EOMS that will promote efficient management practices and an optimal learning environment.
