OSA holds orientation for new students

August 23, 2017

The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) held an orientation program for first year and transfer students last August 23 in the University Gymnasium.

The activity aimed to familiarize the new students with the University buildings and facilities, services and officials.

President Pacifico B. Aniag told the students that they made the right decision in choosing to study at Wesleyan. He explained that this is because the Commission on Higher Education has awarded Wesleyan University-Philippines an autonomous status which means the University is able to function with minimal supervision of the commission

Dr. Leonita Garcia, vice president for academic affairs, commended the student leaders who are performing well in their respective organizations, thus promoting the University’s dedication to excellence. She challenged the new students to be like them. ###
