In the results released by the Professional Regulations Commission on December 2, 2023, the Wesleyan University-Philippines (WUP) College of Nursing (CON) graduates who took the November 2023 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE) recorded a 91.72% rating for the First-time Takers (144 passed). Additionally, 44 ‘retakers’ also succeeded in this batch making WUP sum up 188 new nurses among its graduates.

Since the establishment of the College of Nursing in 1973, it has remained one of the consistent producers of quality nurses not just in the Province of Nueva Ecija but also in the country. WUP is the Alma Mater of Ms. Charito Roman (Batch ’94), awarded the British Empire Medal by Queen Elizabeth II during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic in recognition of her exceptional service as a staff nurse, Dr. Maria Lynne S. Mariano (Batch ’81) was recognized as one of the Ten Outstanding Filipino Nurses in the USA and one of the 100 Outstanding Fil-Am Nurses in 2006, and many other local and international nurses whose competence and Christian character made them remarkable in their respective institutions.

The WUP College of Nursing has a Level IV Accreditation from the
Association of Christian Schools Colleges and Universities, Accrediting Agency, Inc., the highest accreditation level granted to a college program by the ACSCU-ACI.
